BY REBECCA BENNETT — Updated at 12:39 p.m.  According to the National Weather Service, more than four inches of snow was recorded for Hyattsville during the storm on Feb. 21. For pictures from earlier yesterday, click here.

According to the City of Hyattsville municipal code, residents and business owners have 24 hours after the snow ceases to fall to make sure sidewalks are clear.  According to a City of Mount Rainier official, the Mount Rainier city code also states that snow and ice must be removed from sidewalks in front of homes and businesses with 24 hours of the last accumulation.


Classes at Yoga Space will be held today.

Services at the First United Church of Hyattsville have been canceled today.

Sunday School at the Hyattsville Mennonite Church is canceled, but service will take place at  11 a.m.

The Riverdale Park Coffee Market is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

College Park Arts Exchange art drop-in class is canceled today.

Love Yoga is open today.

There is a flash sale at Community Forklift today, and they are open.

The Common Tone performance scheduled for tonight at 7 p.m. is still happening.

According to Busboys and Poets, they are open today regular hours. Brunch is served until 3 p.m.

The Plummers Kitchen program at Riversdale House Museum will not happen today and is being rescheduled for a day in March.

All Shuttle-UM routes are running normally today.
