BY REBECCA BENNETT — Creatively costumed trick-or-treaters were out in droves on Halloween, delighted by houses decorated almost as elaborately.   From Olaf, a garden gnome, princesses, zombies, the Wicked Witch of the West, a dog, a dragon, baby Yoda, Pippy Longstocking, and characters from Super Mario Brothers, Minecraft and more, the neighborhood was crawling with cute and creepy costumes alike.
