The Hyattsville Volunteer Fire Deparment welcomed Chief Emeritus Donald “Doc” Moltrup, who was in town from Florida, and  former Washington, D.C. Fire Chief Dennis Rubin, an HVFD live-in alum, to dinner with the duty crew on on Sunday night.
