Vice President Kamala Harris made a campaign stop in College Park on June 24, the second anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade.

The invitation-only event, which included Maryland Democrats U.S. Sen. Chris Van Hollen, U.S. Rep. Glenn Ivey and Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks, who is running for U.S. Senate, was a rally for abortion rights.

Harris told the crowd in Ritchie Coliseum that a second Donald Trump presidency would threaten the reproductive freedom of women nationwide.
