BY REBECCA BENNETT — The new Gateway at UTC development is taking shape at University Town Center. The exterior Safeway sign was recently added to the building and interior build out is well underway. An opening date for Safeway has not yet been announced.
ECHO Realty also recently announced that Latin fast food restaurant Pollo Campero will join Phenix Salon Suites, Unleashed by Petco, Le’s Nails, a MedStar Health primary and urgent care facility and Town Center Wine & Spirits in the development.
