By KRISSI HUMBARD — PorchFest, Hyattsville’s roaming music fest, is back for a second year.
The Hyattsville Preservation Association (HPA) has again organized a stellar lineup of local musicians to come together for your listening pleasure. PorchFest takes place on neighbors’ porches throughout Hyattsville on Sept. 15 from 2-6 p.m. Each porch is host to different performers. You can visit one, two, or even all 15 porches — it’s up to you. Music ranges from bluegrass and folk to children’s performances to hip-hop to Celtic harp; there is something for everyone.
