BY REBECCA BENNETT — On Sunday, March 13, Hyattsville Cub Scout Pack 224 held their annual Pinewood Derby at St. Jerome’s Academy.
Each cub scout designed his own car and raced their cars against members of their Cub Scout den on a steep track. The winners of the den races will move on to the Prince George’s County race which will be held on March 19.
