Hyattsville Library hosts pride festivities

The Prince George’s County Memorial Library System hosted its third annual Rainbow Festival at the Hyattsville Branch Library on Saturday, June 22. About 200 people attended the event, which featured a storytime, a dance party, balloons, and face painting for children; interviews with authors of books for children, teens and adults; a performance by Ricky Rosé; and a parade around the building.
