Science of the City: Look up and spot it challenge

Challenge instructions: The first two kids to find examples of each of these items on utility poles in Hyattsville, and send pictures of each to kit@hyattsvillelife.com, with the email subject “spotted,” will win a 6-foot string of mini silver lights. For spotters aged 12 and under. Pictures received will be posted in an album on the Hyattsville Life & Time’s website or social media accounts. All photos below courtesy of Paul Ruffins
