BY REBECCA BENNETT — Joshua Charles Price, 23, was arrested on Aug. 15 for violating parole in a 2010 armed robbery case. This in connection to an indecent exposure reported on the Trolley Trail that connects Riverdale Park and the City of Hyattsville.

In 2010, Price plead guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery and theft of under $1,000, according to court records. He was given a 10-year suspended sentence, save 175 days of time served, put on supervised probation for 5 years and ordered to pay $870 in restitution.
Just two months before his parole expired, a warrant was issued for Price after authorities said he violated parole when he was arrested for an alleged July 27 indecent exposure. Court documents also show he still owed $83 in restitution.
Price appeared in court on Aug. 18 and waived the right to an attorney at his initial appearance, according to court documents. He was released on Aug. 19 on a $2,500 bond.
Price is next due in court on Aug. 28 for alleged sexual crimes along the Trolley Trail. A court date of Sept. 18 is set for the alleged probation violation.
