WSSC repairs water main break near Mall at Prince Georges

BY REBECCA BENNETT — Updated at 8:30 a.m.. At approximately 11 a.m. Sunday, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission alerted customers of a water main break at 3500 East West Highway, which is near the Mall at Prince Georges.   A repair crew was at the location of the break Sunday evening, which is behind the mall near Fitness Evolution.

WSSC said affected customers could loose water service for up to six hours. As of 8 a.m. Monday, WSSC lists the main as repaired and awaiting restoration.
