Washingtonian: Buy Hyattsville 2015

BY REBECCA BENNETT — According to the Washingtonian, Hyattsville is one of the neighborhoods to buy in for 2015.  From the Arts District and EYA to the new Whole Foods development at Riverdale Station, the Washingtonian says the average home sales price was up 20.4% to $265,733.  Brand new townhomes sell for upwards of $480,000.
