BY REBECCA BENNETT — According to its Facebook page, Vigilante Coffee announced it is extending weekend hours to 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The coffee shop and roastery had previously been open until 2 p.m.
Additionally, the roastery announced two more Brewing 101 dates. The class is set to cover basic terminology, concepts, and techniques for three different brewing methods.
The coffee roaster and shop opened in the former Model T store earlier this year.
