BY REBECCA BENNETT — Work crews have closed the left lane of eastbound Queens Chapel Road (MD 500) between Nicholson Street and Oliver Street today. HL&T’s Caroline Selle reports that traffic is starting to back up, and it may affect rush hour travel through the area.
