BY PAULA MINAERT — The City’s motion to dismiss the sexual harassment case filed against it by Pfc. Marsha Mutchler Lessard, a Hyattsville Police Department officer from 2004 to 2009, has been denied. The ruling, by Judge Frederick Motz of the U.S. District Court, means the case will move to a discovery phase, with attorneys from both sides doing research to support their positions.
