Parents concerned about lack of stop signs, crossing guard

After the first few days of school, residents brought up concerns about the lack of stop signs and crossing guard near the new Edward M. Felegy Elementary School.  City and school officials say they are working to address the issue.  We will have the full story on September’s print edition.
