Hyattsville Police Department earns accreditation

BY PAULA MINAERT — The Hyattsville Police Department has been accredited – for the fifth time – by the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies. That means it satisfactorily completed a process of thorough agency-wide self-evaluation and an outside review by a team of independent assessors. The accreditation is good for three years.
