Baltimore, MD, (October 6, 2018) – Bri-Bet Security Solutions, a full service provider of security and risk mitigation services, is pleased to announce its security officers prevented a woman from drowning while attending the U.S. Sailboat Show.

On Friday, October 5, 2018, a woman accidentally fell off one of the piers and into the bay.  At the time the woman fell in, two Bri-Bet Security Officers (Michael Campbell and Joseph Dattilo), were nearby and observed the women as she fell.  Both officers rushed to area of the pier where the woman fell in and immediately began lifesaving procedures.  The woman was retrieved from the water and received minimal injuries.  The woman appeared to be intoxicated and refused medical attention.  She was taken home by individuals she was attending the boat show with.

“I am very happy to hear the woman involved, was safe and uninjured, said Brian Kunkel, CEO for Bri-Bet.  But, I am not surprised by the actions taken by Officers Campbell and Dattilo.  Those are both professionals and clearly showed why they are employed by Bri-Bet.  I am very proud of those two officers as they absolutely saved that woman’s life last night,” said Kunkel.
