Baltimore, MD. (December 15, 2018) – Bri-Bet Security Solutions, a full-service provider of security and risk mitigation services, recognized several employees for outstanding service and support during 2018.
“We have outstanding employees who do outstanding things every day and help make Bri-Bet a great and growing company,” said CEO Brian Kunkel. “Our employees safeguard client businesses, assets, facilities and their employees as well. Every once in a while, an employee goes above and beyond and we need to recognize the employee’s efforts,” Kunkel said.
Special recognition went to Senior Vice President Andy Purdie. Mr. Purdie was recognized for his tireless dedication and contributions to ensure Bri-Bet’s success. “This was well-deserved. Mr. Purdie has done a great job with expanding Bri-Bet’s footprint in Maryland and is very well liked by our clients. He is very big part of Bri-Bet’s success”, said Mr. Kunkel.
Special recognition went to two Bri-Bet employees, Director of Security Solutions, Michael Campbell and Security Officer Joseph Dattilo. Both received the P. Wayne Blair Memorial Award for decisive actions taken to save a life. Both employees saved a potential drowning victim who had fallen into the water during the Annapolis Boat Shows in October. Had it not been for Campbell’s and Dattilo’s quick response and heroic efforts, an event as highly regarded as the Annapolis Boat Show, could have quickly turned into an event marred by tragedy. “We are very proud of Mr. Campbell and Mr. Dattilo for their heroic actions. They are a positive reflection to themselves, Bri-Bet and the security profession as a whole”, said Mr. Kunkel.
Special recognition went to Marty Nielsen, who received the President’s Award for his extraordinary contributions to the 2018 Annapolis Boat Shows and his outstanding performance and superior dedication while working the National Business Park contract.
Special recognition went to Charles Collins, who received the Senior Vice President’s Award for outstanding service and leadership.
Special recognition went to Elizabeth Davie, who received the Security Solutions Director’s Award for outstanding service.
Each year, the company’s holiday party is open to all employees, guests and clients. The opening of Bri-Bet’s first office in St. John Properties White Marsh Business Park served as a fitting backdrop for award presentations.
