BY HL&T STAFF — The court dates of a man charged in two incidents along the Trolley Trail have been postponed.  Joshua Charles Prince was scheduled to be in court on Oct. 21 for a fourth degree sexual assault charge and on Oct. 23 for a separate indecent exposure incident along the hiker-biker trail that connects the City of Hyattsville to Riverdale Park. An attorney for Price filed a request that both charges be held before a jury in the Upper Marlboro Circuit Court, according to court records.

Meanwhile, Price is scheduled before a judge in Jan. 2016 on allegations that he violated his parole after he plead guilty to a 2010 armed robbery.  He was given a 10-year suspended sentence, save 175 days of time served, put on supervised probation for five years and ordered to pay $870 in restitution, court records show.

A warrant is currently out for Price’s arrest after he failed to appear in court on Nov. 6. He was charged for allegedly driving on a suspended license in Nov. 2014.  Court records show Price failed to appear several times on this charge.
